Brighton Real Estate

Brighton has experienced huge growth in terms of available real estate since 1990. In fact, in just 10 years (between 1990 and 2000), the number of residential homes in the city grew by over 40 percent.

An important factor resulting in the population boom in Brighton was the opening of Denver International Airport in 1995. Being close to one of the largest airports in the country has its advantages! The Brighton Urban Renewal Authority has also brought many retail and residential areas to the city, all with well-thought-out infrastructure and planning.
